As Harlem business owners and residents, AMUSE BOUCHE NYC was pleased to be a part of the FARMERS MARKET AT MARCUS GARVEY PARK located on the corner of Mount Morris Park West and 124th Street for calendar years 2017 and 2018. Each year, from June through November, we joined a diverse group of food producers and local artisans to introduce ourselves to the community and to serve our distinct menu of French prepared foods, bakery and épicerie products.

Since early 2017, AMUSE BOUCHE NYC has operated our catering business out of HOT BREAD KITCHEN INCUBATES in East Harlem, a shared commercial kitchen space for high-growth food enterprises. In addition to providing access to commercial kitchen space, HBK Incubates also offers business development support, integration into Harlem's culinary community and market access opportunities which are integral to growing our food business.

We take our civic responsibilities seriously and regularly contribute to the local EDIBLE SCHOOLYARD NYC program at PS 7/Global Tech. Through interactive classroom cooking demonstrations, participation at community open houses and volunteering at the annual fundraiser gala, AMUSE BOUCHE NYC feels honored to be granted the opportunity to give back to this distinguished food education program.
